In order to process your case we need to be contacted within 2 months after the ocurred event. To receive a refund, the ticket must be valid when Båtbussarna receives it.

Please use our web form below. If you are claiming a ticket refund and you don't have a booking number, you need to send the original ticket to us by mail (address below). If you have a booking number, please add it in the web form. The refund will be made to the account used when you bought the ticket.
